Dr. Tom Reeves led the Usability SIG. The SIG took place over the course of two 90 minute sessions. The first session delt primarily with heuristics in usability, while the second took us through creating a test plan and executing user testing. Dr. Reeves also demonstrated the use of technology in monitoring the reactions of test subjects.
