Summary
I've finished the XML schema definition, which will allow a tech savvy person to create their
own Jeopardy game; others will be able to use the administrative interface, which I'm currently
working on.
I've also been working on integrating the XML data with the Flash movie. I'm not finding it as
useful as I'd hoped, and coming from a RDBMS background, I'm missing full database functionality.
There are a few neat things I want to do, like giving questions values based on how other players
have answered them, that I'm not sure if I can do with XML.
This week, I'm going to continue to work on the Administrative interface and on integrating XML
with my Flash file. Additionally, since I'm just about at the midpoint of this project, I want
to do a thorough assessment of where I'm at, and how sell the project is staying on scope and on
schedule.
