Digital by Design Team Meeting

During the meeting, the Digital by Design team talked about their progress throughout the past week, and where they needed to go for the rest of the month. Sarah, the project manager, reminded them of their deadlines for each deliverable necessary to finish their project on time. The team then split up into smaller groups.

Julie, Thomas, and Katie talked about the design of the Software and Video components. Bill and consultant Jon spent some time with Software implementation issues. Consultants Lauren and Jennifer were out of town; normally they would meet with Beate about evaluation issues. This week, Sarah and Beate talked about the creation of a formative evaluation log.

I volunteered to give service hours creating the formative evaluation log. Beate and I spent some time creating a specification for it.

The team seemed to be well on their way to creating a successful product. Their meeting stayed on topic, and each concern was handled effectively and efficiently. They exhibit great communication, and seem to all be on the same page. This team is proving to be a model for project teams in the future.
