A longstanding approach to learning about art and design is to study
the "great works", such as an aspiring artist who visits the Louvre to
study the Mona Lisa. Similarly, we try to study critically the "great works"
of interactive multimedia in the Studio. A number of Interactive Museum
sessions will be organized during the term. These sessions will be 30-60
minutes in duration and will feature both student and professional works
as the interactive media. Each session will talk about design decisions
and programming explanations of various features. You can fulfill the
informal design activity requirement by participating in two interactive
museum sessions.
